The israelis say that their intention is to go in and destroy the underground Tunnel Network hamas and other groups have been using to try to get into streal to carry out attacks. It seems the Tipping Point for benjamin netanyahu, who has been pretty reluctant to carry out this ground operation, was this mornings infiltration of 13 militants from hamas, they came some 13 kilometers into israel via underground tunnel. One was tilled killed by the Israeli Defense forces and the other 12 managed to escape back into the tunnel. Pim, it really is struggling to deal with these tunnels. It cannot find or see what all these tunnels are, so it doesnt really have as much capacity to defend itself from them.
