Free, all inclusive dance sessions will be held for Isaac residents enjoying their golden years.
The Move Makers series of dance sessions for those aged over 55 is set to take stage in Moranbah, Clermont and Dysart from Thursday.
GOLD Moves Australia’s Gail Hewton and Julie Chenery are facilitating the series for those with and without mobility issues, as well as dance or allied health professionals interested in leading dance sessions for older people.
Isaac Regional Council Mayor Anne Baker said the aim of the program was about being fun, social and beneficial for physical health, brain stimulation and overall well being.
