Lease Agreement Approved at County Airport – Sheridan Media

Sheridan County’s Commissioners approved a lease agreement between the county and Dynamix Energy Corporation for a tract of land in the Airport Business Park. Airport Manager John Stopka explained what the lease will allow the company to do at the business park. Stopka said the initial rental fee will be roughly $5,200 annually for the first five years, then increase based on the Wyoming Cost of Living Index afterwards.
