Romania s TeraPlast Group eyes 57% increase in EBITDA in 2021 Teraplast Group
BUCHAREST (Romania) February 18 (SeeNews) - Romanian construction materials manufacturer TeraPlast Group targets a 57% annual increase in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to 89.7 million lei ($22 million/18 million) this year, the group s flagship company TeraPlast [BSE:TRP] said.
TeraPlast Group also expects a 65% annual jump in turnover for 2021, to 636.2 million lei, TeraPlast said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The forecasts are based on results from which the group excluded the 2020 figures of its steel division and window profile business, which it is close to selling.
TeraPlast is announcing the Competition Council’s favorable notice as regards the selling of TeraPlast’s window profiles business line to Dynamic Selling Group – window profiles manufacturer and distributor.
The actual transfer of ownership rights is to take place on March 15, 2021. On the same date, the estimated price of 4.5 million Euro shall be adjusted in accordance with the working capital.
Within the transaction, the Romanian manufacturer Dynamic Selling Group will take over the Window Profiles business line of TeraPlast SA and TeraPlast Hungary company – window profiles distributor.
Following last year’s transactions, within TeraPlast Group shall remain: TeraPlast SA’s Installations and Compounds business lines, TeraGlass’ Windows and Doors business line, rigid PVC recycling of TeraPlast Recycling. BUCHAREST (Romania) February 10 (SeeNews) - Romanian manufacturer of PVC pipes and fittings TeraPlast [BSE:TRP] said on Wednesday it has received the green light from the competition authority to sell its window profiles business to local sector player Dynamic Selling Group.
The actual transfer of ownership rights will take place on March 15, TeraPlast said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
On the same date, the estimated price of 4.5 million euro ($5.47 million) shall be adjusted in accordance with the working capital, TeraPlast added.
