The Victorian Market in Inverness will stay open when the Highlands moves into Level 4 restrictions on December 26.
While many businesses will be required to close, noting that all non-essential shops must close in line with the Scottish Government announcement on Saturday December 19, those who offer essential goods and services are being given the opportunity to stay open.
Victorian Market manager, Jo Murray said: It has been a tough year for everyone here in the market but we remain committed to supporting the businesses as best we can throughout any possible further Covid disruption we may face
