BGB arrests 2 Indian smugglers from Kurigram Star Digital Report Star Digital Report Members of Border Guard Bangladesh today arrested two Indian smugglers from Bangladeshi territory near Dantbhanga border in Roumari upazila of Kurigram. After receiving information from the National Security Intelligence (NSI), BGB members apprehended the two Indian men from border village Khetarchar near international pillar-1054 this afternoon. The arrestees are Golzar Hossain (22) of Dwipchar area under South Shalmara Police Station in Dhubri district of Assam and Taiyub Ali (20), also from the same area, reports our Lalmonirhat correspondent. The two Indians illegally entered into Bangladesh through a culvert at the south gate of barbed wire fence near international border pillar-1054 for smuggling, said Md Mahisuzzaman, assistant director of NSI in Roumari.
