Three scooter-riding teens were shot as they headed to a quinceañera rehearsal in Brooklyn as citywide gun violence claimed a man's life and wounded two others late Monday, cops said.
Luis Collado, 52, was charged with two counts of murder after allegedly shooting dead Rosa Acevedo, 43, and her 26-year-old son Gustavo Devora Acevedo, inside their Brooklyn Home on Louisiana Avenue, police said.
