Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the first leg of the Rs 9,000-crore Dwarka Expressway, conceived by the Haryana govt. Two proposed link roads are yet to start. This will be the fifth expressway to be operational in NCR in the past six years.
Minister of State and Gurgaon MP Rao Inderjit Singh said the Gurgaon portion of the expressway is complete and should be opened to traffic, to which Gadkari gave his approval. A date is yet to be fixed in this regard.
