The resignation letter of To Duy Lam, director of the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)
, has recently been approved by SBV Governor Nguyen Thi Hong.
Lam will step down from his position on Monday, as per the approval. He quit his banking job as well.
To Duy Lam, born in 1967, had been assuming the deputy director position at the SBV’s Ho Chi Minh City branch for 10 years before stepping up as the chief of the branch in June 2012.
