Dying In Call Of Duty: Warzone Can Now Turn You Into A Zombie
Zombification only happens in Duos, Trios, and Quads. A death in Solo should send you to the Gulag.
As Verdansk is being overrun by zombies, dying in Call of Duty: Warzone can now turn players into the fleshing-eating undead under very specific circumstances.
First, zombification doesn t happen in Solo play. To become a zombie, players must be in a team in Duos, Trios, or Quads. After that, players have to land at Ship Wreck or Prison in Verdansk. But wait, there s more to this.
Once at Ship Wreck or Prison, players will come into contact with some amorphous green gas that deals continuous damage. Dying to this gas will redeploy players as a zombie with three distinct abilities: a Charged Jump, EMP Blast, and Gas Grenade.
Call Of Duty: Warzone Teaser Points To Verdansk Dam Event This Month
Activision has sent a hype package to Call of Duty influencers, and its contents tease an event later in April involving the Verdansk dam in Warzone.
A Call of Duty influencer package has teased a Warzone event involving the Verdansk dam that will happen April 21. As Warzone players well know, reports have fueled rumors and speculation that the game s Verdansk map will soon be destroyed as part of its ongoing zombie event, likely by the nukes that players have spotted over the last few weeks.
However, this package that publisher Activision sent out to Call of Duty influencers would seem to be a rare official hint that something is about to go down. As the below tweet from CoD news feed @CharlieIntel shows, the package includes a hard hat marked with a gas mask logo and the text Verdansk Dam. It s also accompanied by the message: Once the hostels reach here, we levee a guess that Verdansk is all but gone to the d
