So it is only natural that as an international hospital, we love to celebrate national holidays with patients from around the world.  King’s Day is a national holiday celebrated by the Dutch on the birthday of their King, Willem Alexander, who was born on April 27. On this day in Holland people are treated to a sea of orange as everyone and everything – even pets and buildings - are covered head to toe in orange, showing pride and respect for the Dutch Royal family, the House of Orange-Nassau.
