Luke Gronneberg | Sidney Daily News SIDNEY – After approximately two and a half hours of deliberation, a jury found a 31-year-old Sidney man not guilty of gross sexual imposition Wednesday afternoon in Shelby County Common Pleas Court. Oziel A. Godinez-Galvan was accused of touching a girl younger than the age of 13 with the purpose of sexually arousing himself or the child, which is a third degree felony. The Sidney man, who identifies by the last name Godinez, denied that he ever touched the girl inappropriately.

According to court documents, Barrow was a co-owner of Louisiana Spine & Sports LLC, a pain management clinic located in Baton Rouge. Barrow agreed to send urine specimens collected from his patients to a drug testing laboratory in return for an unlawful kickback calculated as a percentage of the reimbursements paid to the laboratory by Medicare and other health care benefit programs.

Ocean Springs businessman faces new charges related to PPE hoarding, price gouging Anita Lee, The Sun Herald Jan. 28 Ocean Springs developer Kenneth Ritchey of Ocean Springs faces a new set of charges over selling personal protective equipment to health care providers at inflated prices. Ritchey already pleaded guilty in December to a state charge of price-gouging over PPE he sold to the Veteran Affairs center in Jackson. The U.S. Attorney s Office for the Southern District of Mississippi said in a news release Wednesday that Ritchey, 57, has been indicted on federal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and mail fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to commit hoarding of designated scarce materials, and hoarding of designated scarce materials.
