Accident: Tonya S. Rhoads, 41, of Napoleon was exiting a private drive along Maumee Lane at 3:26 p.m. Dec. 3 when it was reported she failed to see a southbound vehicle operated by Bernard M. Bloniarz, 57, of Napoleon. Rhoads’ vehicle then struck Bloniarz’s. No injuries were reported. Damage to Rhaods’ vehicle was functional, and damage to Bloniarz’s vehicle was disabling. Rhoads was cited for failure to yield from a private drive. (Crash report from Ohio Department of Public Safety’s crash system.) Issued: •Jeff Killian, 61, of Napoleon, summons to Napoleon Municipal Court for a junk/abandoned vehicle, directly at the police department, 2:41 p.m. Wednesday.
