Man Sentenced For Sex Crime Involving Olmsted CTY Jail Detainee Get our free mobile app Hastings, MN (KROC-AM News) - A former Minnesota Department of Corrections employee was sentenced today for engaging in sexual activity with a woman while he was transporting her from the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center to the Hennepin County Jail. 55-year-old Randy Beehler previously pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct charge in Dakota County. The plea deal reached in March led to the dismissal of a third-degree charge. Beehler, who is from Foley, has been ordered to jail for 120 days and has been placed on probation for 7 years. The sentencing order allows him to serve the jail sentence near his home in Benton County and apply for work-release privileges.
