These include:
• Amending the City Code pertaining to the spending limits of the Public Works Department.
• Providing for the annual tax levy upon real estate situated within the city’s corporate limits that are subject to taxation for the fiscal year from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021.
• To pay debt services on $8,750,000 general obligation refunding bonds.
In addition, three ordinances were adopted by the city council. These ordinances are:
