A 19-year-old who is already facing murder charges in North Dakota is now charged in connection to a shooting that killed a 15-year-old earlier this year in Minneapolis.
A man was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Minneapolis after law enforcement attempted to serve an arrest warrant. One other person inside the home was taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
