The plat would enable development of a new Roads Facility located at 10285 3rd St SW in Killdeer, North Dakota. Consideration of a petition for a Preliminary Plat for a tract of land located on the SW corner of State Highway 200 and State Highway 22 in the City of Killdeer. Lots range in size from 0.66 acres to 1.72 acres. Consideration of an amendment to the Land Development Code regarding revisions to the standards for the keeping of poultry within the City of Killdeer limits and an allowance for minor subdivisions.
