th marks ‘Blue Monday’ beat the day with some positive quotes to share on your Instagram.
Every year, the third Monday of January is dubbed ‘Blue Monday’, marking what is said to be the most depressing day of the year.
The day was decided by psychologist Cliff Arnall in 2004, after holiday company SkyTravel asked him to create a formula for the January blues.
The formula included variables like ‘time since Christmas’, ‘weather’, ‘debt level’ and ‘time since failure to keep new year’s resolutions’.
