MERRY Hill has welcomed major toy retailer Toytown to the shopping centre. Located on the lower mall next to Primark, Toytown stocks a range of toys, games and entertainment products. The new superstore also includes a dedicated Babyworld nursery department selling a range of baby items, including car seats, nursery furniture and prams. Alan Simpson, owner and managing director of Toytown, said: “We are so excited to be able to share our comprehensive Toytown range and our great value products with visitors at Merry Hill. “The centre is the perfect location to increase our footprint in the West Midlands and the store at Merry Hill represents our biggest ever store; complete with our Babyworld nursery department.”

A new independent eatery has opened at Merry Hill shopping centre.
Yummy Cup Corn is now serving up freshly cooked sweetcorn on the upper mall near Eat Central.
Family owned cupcorn retailer, Yummy Cup Corn has opened at Merry Hill Centre this week. A NEW cup of corn shop has opened at Merry Hill Centre offering a healthy snack to shoppers. The family owned vendor, Yummy Cup Corn is located on the upper mall near Eat Central and will serve cups of organic sweetcorn without any preservatives. Shoppers can choose from ten different flavours, including classics like original and black pepper, and if you fancy being more adventurous, pizza and curry. Asfand Subhan, owner of Yummy Cup Corn said: “Merry Hill has always been a place that we wanted to be a part of, so we are very excited to open here as we work on expanding our presence across the West Midlands.
