Police apprehend adamant that is the mastermind of the attack. He is a 24yearold of an individual. Going into today, he was in syria in early 2013. And then a very minimum, he was an associate of one of the participants in the terrorist attacks. So as we look at the belgian and french Prime Ministers there at the mourning ceremony for the People Killed here in brussels, you can bet that they will be also talking about how they can better coordinate to make sure there are no more terrorist attacks.
