St. Luke’s Warren Campus, part of Fountain Hill, Lehigh County-based St. Luke’s University Health Network, named
Tammeisha D. Smith a board member. She is CEO of Dunbar Center Inc. in Newark, New Jersey. She has licenses in life, accident and health and property and casualty insurance, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College & University.
