never too late to start. where do we start? let s start. i have come up with a couple of different exercises that address different things. i m just going to go right into it. okay. i m just going to show you one. using things that you have at home. you don t have to join a gym. you don t have to invest in dumbbells or anything. okay. soup can, water bottle. i ve got one of each. we re going to use one for now. do a simple exercise using one soup can. little bit of resistance. using your own body weight you re exercising your arms, leg, core and heart. i do a lot of these. legs, they go quick. they certainly do. they re big muscles in the body and it s important to maintain the muscle mass in those big muscles. i recommend doing eight to ten represe repetitions of this exercise, two or three sets. may i just interject here, too? sure. when you come up, squeeze your glutes. we like bootie in the trunk,
