Because on the ground does matter in these campaigns. So my fifth point here is, guys, we have a long ways to go. In critical terms, we are well, were five weeks out, four and a half weeks out from the election. Thats several political lifetimes. A lot of stuff can happen, this race the senate is not yet decided. You know, i think it may change a couple of times between now and election day. And dont take, you know, dont take to heart all these, everything saying, gee, republicans have that enthusiasm advantage. You know what . If the democrats ground game works and works well and they have unlimited number of states to do it in, six or eight states, that enthusiasm advantage may be wiped away by the democrat turnout operation. So this is, its a dead heat. Its a today up. I toss up. I agree with charlies as accessment of the states. Do we win colorado or iowa or both . Can we . How close is North Carolina going to be . All these states. Its a fascinating campaign, but we are a long way
This is the case of a young man who served our country proudly ptsd who ering from is now languishing in a mexican prison. I implore the president to do what a commander in chief should do and thats do everything hes got to get this man home. I implore the government of mexico to do the right thing. Laws are there for two things to provide citizenry and also to enact justice. We know what justice would be. Justice in this case would be to have this man home. That is compassion ands that justice. Vagrants standard for sentencing than a statement whether a crime is at the outset . I dont believe it deserves a lesser scrutiny because it is both mandatory and onerous. I am not talking about some other aspects but for that question. And frankly, it suggests that criminal statutes deserve greater scrutiny even though the licensing that gave rise to that statement of every application, they deserve greater scrutiny and this is one of the most onerous penalties we face in practice. I understand your argument. To add to the list of crimes or to have an element of a crime. That is the only thing nothing else. No, your no your honor, i do not mean to suggest that at all. It is a better congressional function. One move congress to take is to list every requirement they think. Another is to say the statute has to have as an element a serious risk of injury to others. But sort of those two. Your honor, i dont think listing them is that difficult. They list a large number of things. Listing
Freedom information act, and they do not try to point any exemptions for National Security or classification reasons, it would be an unprecedented event as far as i know. The state department is incredibly aggressive. All agencies of the federal bureaucracy are incredibly aggressive impacting information that could be classified. The notion that the secretary of state, in the course of her duties, could write 55,000 pages or receive 55,000 pages of email and not one ioda of it is classified, would be very difficult for me or for anyone who is somebody with the freedom of information act to believe. I am confident it will be an interesting thing because the state department, as they process request, will have to decide they will look at an email and say, this is classified but if they try to read acted as such, they are making a liar out of the Hillary Clinton defenders. It will be interesting to see how they perceive when they hit that conundrum, but i would be shocked if there is not
