Goldman Rutgers Land Limited Partnership has requested approval for preliminary and final major site plan, with bulk variances and waivers, to allow for the construction of a 78,410-square-foot warehouse and office facility at 30 Duke Road.
Variances are requested for side yard setback, parking and electrical charging stations, where one is required and none are proposed.
The property is located in a light industrial district.
A remote hearing is scheduled at the 7:30 p.m. May 12 Planning Board meeting.

Duke Realty Washington Avenue Development, LLC has requested preliminary and final site plan approval to build a 216,892-square-foot facility with about 10,500 square feet of office space at 1570 South Washington Ave.
