PRAYAGRAJ: Around 71 percent Healthcare professionals were administered the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine at six locations of the Prayagraj district on Saturday.
The officials of the health department have set a target to administer Covid 19 vaccines to 600 healthcare professional . However, the first dose of the vaccine was administered to 425 healthcare professionals only at six locations of Prayagraj district here on Saturday .
Nodal officer and deputy chief medical officer, Dr. Rahul Singh told TOI that a total of 425 healthcare professionals including Kamla Nehru Memorial Hospital (75 ), MLN Medical college (65) , MLN Divisional hospital (67), Dufferin Hospital (69), CHC Phulpur (80 ) and CHC Soraon (69) were administered the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine.

Ayodhya, Jan 13 : A dead nurse has been registered here as a frontline worker who will receive a shot of the Covid vaccine in the first phase of inoculation.
The list, which has been prepared by the state Health Department for Ayodhya s Dufferin Hospital, mentions the names of three nurses, one of whom is dead, the other one has retired and the third nurse has resigned. All of them are part of the list of the persons who will get the vaccine.
