Westbound 580, shut down at telegraph due to Police Activity and you can see in the live pictures that there are police cars and coming to a complete stop right now with heavy Police Presence at the scene right now. Minutes ago, chopper5 was over the scene with chp offering few details. We could clearly see a car crashed against the Center Divider and a shuttle bus, as well pit we are told an ambulance was at the scene but we are not sure who was injured.
