Clean Data Room with sensitive info on BPCL to open for bidders signing additional pact

A virtual data room, mostly containing financial information on BPCL, was opened in the second week of April and qualified bidders signing Confidentiality Undertaking (CU) have been given access, three sources with direct knowledge of the matter said.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) will be given access to a Clean Data Room containing commercially sensitive information on the firm subject to their signing an additional confidentiality agreement, sources said.

i think the senate intelligence committee, should he be nominated, let s remember he hasn t been nominated yet and we ve seen other cabinet nominees be announced by the president and fall apart. if he is nominated and they go through their due diligence process, they re going to have to integrity these claims. i think it s clear the white house didn t vet this nominee. they might ve asked him to take this inaccurate claim off his website where it is as of still minutes before we came on air because i think it raises two concerns about him, one is his qualifications and two his honesty. that district where he was the assistant u.s. attorney and the head of the anti-tare the u.s. attorney on an interim basis is not exactly a hot bed of international terrorism. east texas towns like texarcana, long view never prosecuted a case. it s hard to look at any significant terrorism activity. there s no sign that that would qualify you to be the nation s chief intelligence officer.
