this was not a one-sided blame game affair because it turns out the duck boat crew were also making cell phone calls while they were on duty. they also did not notify the coast guard, did not broadcast a timely security message, and they didn t give the people onboard the life jackets they needed. remember, 35 of those people ended up in the water, two were killed. both sides at fault here, the ntsb calls this a culture of distraction, ali. i mean, how many times have we done stories about drivers and pilots and boat operators texting while on duty, the next thing you know they re involved in a horrifying crash. alisyn: right, right. too many to name. this is just another reminder. cell phones and driving even if you re on the water don t mix. trace, thank you. reporter: okay. alisyn: we re learning of a new push to regulate the eating habits of americans. secretary of health and human services, kathleen sebelius, letting it slip that the obama administration is looking to
