While the discussion among the partner leaders in the bloc would centre on the battle plan for the next general elections and a seat-sharing formula, the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) is also likely to unveil its logo during the two-day meeting starting Thursday.
The NCP MP also stated that top leaders of all the three ruling parties-Shiv Sena, BJP and NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) along with other allies will organise a two-day meeting in suburban Worli to take stock of all the 48 Lok Sabha constituencies in Maharashtra. Meanwhile, chief spokesperson of NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) Mahesh Tapase criticised Ajit Pawar loyalists without taking names.
Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday claimed film art director Nitin Desai, who died by suicide, had met some BJP leaders in Delhi but didn t get help to save his studio whereas the proposed auction of BJP MP Sunny Deol s bungalow was stopped within 24 hours. "We don t have anything against Sunny Deol. He is a good human being and a good actor. He couldn t repay his dues to the Bank of Baroda due to which the bank issued the notice for auction (of his bungalow in Mumbai). But the auction (procedure) was stopped within 24 hours and he was saved," Raut told reporters.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced that 1.5 crore people in the state have benefited from the shasan aplya dari initiative and the Chief Minister s Relief Fund. The state has distributed 22,000 tractors and 22,500 rotary tillers to farmers, and 4 lakh people have received Rs 1,351 crore under various schemes.

The Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance, known by its abbreviation INDIA, is an opposition front announced by the leaders of 26 parties to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections to challenge the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
