(WTWO/WAWV) â A Martin County man on home detention for a possession of child pornography conviction is facing new charges after authorities found âan extensive amount of suspected child pornographyâ at his residence. But the story doesnât end there. He was also found to be in possession of stolen government ammunition as well as elephant ivory. Dubois County Community Corrections officials were conducting a home check on Timothy L. Guy, 73, of rural Loogootee when they made the discovery. The Martin County Sheriffâs Department and Indiana State Police were called in to assist with an investigation.

Martin Co. Man Admits To Having Quarter-Million Pictures of Child Porn MARTIN, CO., Ind. A Martin Co. man admitted to having around a quarter-million pictures of child pornography. Friday, April 30, Dubois County Community Corrections contacted the Martin County Sheriff’s Department for help while doing a home check on Timothy Guy. Guy was on home detention for being convicted of possession of child pornography in the past. During the home check they had found more. The Indiana State Police were called and over several hours, numerous printed child porn photos were found, and a large amount of electronic storage devices.
