The Kyiv Court of Appeals has reserved a preventive measure in the form of detention for MP Oleksandr Dubinsky, suspected of treason, until January 12, 2024, Suspilne reports.
The Kyiv Court of Appeals has upheld pre-trial detention of Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Dubinsky on charges of high treason, dismissing an appeal from his defense team, public broadcaster Suspilne reported on Dec. 7.

The Kyiv Pechersk District court ruled to seize assets of Ukrainian Member of Parliament Oleksandr Dubinskyi, who is suspected of high treason, as well as property of his family members, according to the court document released on Nov. 22.
The Kyiv Pechersk District court on Nov. 14 ordered Oleksandr Dubinskyi, a lawmaker accused of high treason, to be held without bail until further proceedings on Jan. 12, 2024, Suspilne media reports.
