The Dubai residential sector recorded 3,814 transactions worth Dh7.43 billion in February 2021. The month also recorded the highest number of secondary/ready properties transacted in a single month since March 2014, according to Data Finder.

Most important land sale, with a value of Dh38 m, was in the Al Thaniyah 4 area.
The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department this week amounted to more than Dh3.3 billion.
The department witnessed the registration of 856 pledges of Dh1.61 billion, including 54 pledges of land, amounting to Dh195.34 million, and 802 sales of apartments and villas, amounting to Dh1.41 billion.
The most important land sales, with a value of Dh38 million, was in the Al Thaniyah 4 area, followed by a Dh17 million pledge in Al Barsha South of the Fifth District, followed by a pledge of Dh11 million in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens.
