Sheryl McGrath, who has been the SBDC associate state director since 2019, begins her new position on April 3. Duane Fladland, who has been state director since 2014 will retire April 30.
The award was instituted this year as a way to recognize young professionals who are making a difference in their own programs and contributing to a stronger national association.
