As you could see this is right in the shadow of fenway park and as Boston Police on the near side here through shift change, swamping out some of the officers paroling the perimeter here, you can see in the distance some of the evidence markers, as we hear canine unit as they drive by here, and see some of the evidence markers showing a bunch of shell casings that were found here this morning around 2 00. Thats when police say this all happened. They say there was a private first. The officers heard the shots, ran over and found one man in his late 20s suffering from a gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were shot and they suffered nonlifethreatening injuries. Police say they were taken to the hospital where they are recovering this morning.
