He pleaded guilty to 12 charges last year. This week he was let out of jail only to be facing more charges. Reporter George Shirakawa is already on probation on one case while the other is pending. The other president of the county board of supervisors was released from jail after serving seven months and one day of a one year term of perjury. A jury indicted shirakawa last october on a felony charge of false impersonation. He has pleaded not guilty to charges he imperson ated someone in a mailer meant to discredit a political rival.
