Feb 11, 2021 LISBON In Common Pleas Court, Robert L. Gailey, 46, Hookstown, Pa., one of the Operation Big Oak defendants, stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention in lieu of conviction treatment plan, which was then dishonorably terminated. He was credited with 29 days served in jail and placed on three years of community control. Gailey had initially pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin, trafficking in cocaine and three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs for fentanyl and crack cocaine he was selling sometimes from his home in February, March, May and June of 2017. Zachary R. Fraser, 22, Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control for a trafficking in drugs charge and a possession of drugs charge. His community control was dishonorably terminated and he was sentenced to 270 days in jail with credit for 199 days served.
