Justice home began in 2013 and as part of the program in cooperation with judges and prosecutors, women who are facing prison or jail for a felony are given a chance to remain at home with their families to be held accountable in the community and to get the help and support that they need to do better, and that is exactly what happens. 88 of justice home graduate remain arrest free after they complete the program.
