The Kansas City man was allegedly selling fentanyl disguised as Percocet for between $20 and $30 a pill, leading to the deaths of three teenagers, authorities said.
The trafficking led to fatal and nonfatal overdoses in North Dakota, Oregon, New Jersey and North Carolina, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in North Dakota.
A New Bedford man was sentenced to 16 months in prison for his role in a drug trafficking organization operating in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
