In the wake of the pandemic, 90 per cent of Amazon’s office staff are working remotely.
But that is about to change. On March 31, the global giant foreshadowed a gradual, but full, return to the office.
“Our plan is to return to an office-centric culture as our baseline,” Amazon advised its teams. “We believe it enables us to invent, collaborate, and learn together most effectively.”
