Prof. Dr M Azizur Rahman is the founder Vice-Chancellor of Uttara University (UU). In 1997, he established the Dr M Azizur Rahman Trust (DAR Trust) – a non-profit entity under the Societies Registration Act, operating social welfare clinics, hospitals, and educational institutions.
