Union Minister Jitendra Singh has urged people not to panic or listen to unconfirmed rumours, after a Village Defence Guard (VDG) was killed in a gunfight with recently infiltrated terrorists in a remote village in Jammu and Kashmir s Udhampur district early Sunday.
