The fledgling regeneration firm has appointed Karl Eddy and Scot Morrison as non-executive directors.
Eddy was most recently a senior partner at accountancy firm Grant Thornton before leaving in 2018, while Morrison is senior partner at law firm Pinsent Masons.
The pair have joined newly established Place Capital Group to advise on the company’s pipeline of projects, which will focus on the regeneration of ageing housing estates in partnership with social landlords.
Morrison has experience advising public and private sector clients, including central government bodies such as Homes England and a variety of private developers, on structuring large-scale regeneration and urban development projects.
