A man was killed Thursday evening when a 15-year-old driving a stolen car smashed through a West Valley City neighborhood, hitting several vehicles, a house and the victim.
Milwaukee police say the woman was hit when crossing the street. She was taken to the hospital for life-threatening injuries and is in critical condition.
