May 01, 2021 LAND Transportation Office (LTO)-Central Visayas will soon integrate its driving course to the National Certificate (NC) courses of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda). This is to give the public more options in getting their driver s license without spending more. LTO-Central Visayas Director Victor Emmanuel Caindec said a memorandum of agreement (MOA) has been signed last March 12 to harmonize the driver s training, education, and transformation of both agencies.
