According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, around 2:36 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14, a tractor-trailer and a small SUV collided on the northbound lanes of I-19. The driver of the SUV fled the scene of the crash but was later arrested. Officials say impairment on the part of the SUV driver has not been ruled out.
