Condo flats set for Porter Road site
On-site work is underway on a residential project in East Nashville near the busy Riverside Drive and Porter Road intersection.

Tudor Building Group is the developer and general contractor for the project, which sits near other similar and recently opened residential buildings. David Tudor, Tudor Building Group owner, said framing will start in the next two weeks or so. A spring-2022 completion is eyed.

New images have been released for 20-story mixed-use tower Albion, construction of which recently started on a Gulch site located near Frugal MacDoogal.
Chicago-based Albion Residential paid $15.5 million for the 1.3-acre property, which has a 645 Division St. address and is notable for its elevation just east of Eighth Avenue. Jason Koehn, Albion president, previously told the
Post the project is expected to carry a price tag of $140 million.
According to documents previously filed with Metro, Albion plans a building (pictured) that will rise 270 feet, making it one of the city s 40 tallest if standing today. It will offer 415 residential units, 364 parking spaces and a small retail space for a cafe.
