Born and bred in KZN, the Durban Gen star zigzagged through Sani Pass with a 4×4 drive up the ‘mother of all South African mountain passes’ to an altitude of 2, 874 metres and linking KZN to the Kingdom of Lesotho. It is at the pinnacle of the pass that locals and tourists can drink refreshing Maluti beer at the ‘highest pub in Africa’, relish scrumptious meals and take in the picture postcard views of Sani Pass and the mountains. For Nzuza, the drive up Sani Pass was a unique experience where she got to frolic in the snow and appreciate the beautiful views of the mountains.
