Investigators say the parents and their 2 kids were traveling on foothill road when their electric car somehow crashed into a tree and caught fire. Were still waiting on authorities to identify the 4 people killed. But folks who knew the family have been stopping by the crash site in pleasanton all day and all night paying their respects.
