Josh Hansraj and his sister Sophia go through the books available at Nigel R Khan bookstore C3 Mall, San Fernando. Josh, eight, won the NGC Children s Bocas Lit Fest, Dragonzilla Short Story Writing Challenge for writers ages five to eight. -
Thinking about the effects of covid19, on our daily lives, Josh Hansraj became sad and started writing to express his emotions in a healthy way.
When he learnt of the Dragonzilla Short Story Writing Challenge, hosted by the NGC Children s Bocas Lit Fest, Josh decided to enter the competition and challenge his writing skills. The experience of participating in a writing challenge was a new one for him. He was confident and had good reason to be.

Two boys are the winners of the Dragonzilla Short Story Writing Challenge, topping 22 finalists who wrote stories and sent in videos of themselves reading them.
Josse Franco, 11, and Josh Hansraj, eight, placed first in their categories to win laptops, courtesy the NGC Children’s Bocas Lit Fest. Franco was among 11 in the nine-12 age group, and Hansraj went up in the five to eight age group also of 11 competitors in the second round of the challenge.
