Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is now on the scene for Dragon Ball FighterZ as the final character for Season 3, but is he going to be the final fighter for the title in general?
Taking a closer look at what Bandai Namco and Arc System Works did for Gogeta, their previous messaging and what they have / haven t said, it s looking more likely that the popular game is entering its twilight years now.
Bandai Namco had the perfect opportunity this past weekend to reveal or tease that a fourth season of content is now in development at the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour event, but that wasn t mentioned in their plans for 2021 at all.

Today, we ll be treated to some major Dragon Ball FighterZ action in a way we re not quite used to, thanks to the team draft event going on.
The players participating in the event are CO|Go1, BC|Kazunoko, Wawa, VGIA|Shanks, CO|Fenrich, Cloud805, Dekillsage, Reynald, BNBBN, Kyden, SubatomicSabers, Jonathan Tene, Jila, GenisGod, Tigris, NitroNY, Gropis, Mambalamba, Yasha and DoubleLL.
Besides this, there s some Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament action as well, in an unusual format at that.
Grouping together players from the highly successful Dragon Ball FighterZ National Championships which pitted players against each other in five select regions US East, US West, France, Spain and Japan this will be a team tournament where one player from each region teams up with four from other regions to battle it out against their rivals.

The fighting game community got turned on its head in 2020 with the move to almost exclusively online events, but the Japanese finals for the Dragon Ball FighterZ National Championships had the opportunity to play in person which provided some of the most exciting action we ve seen all year and served as a reminder of just how fun and important these tournaments are.
Nothing showcased this more than the true final battle between DBFZ s Season 1 world champion BC|Kazunoko and Season 2 champion CO|Go1, where both of these multi-game gods played their hearts out in one of the best sets the game has ever seen full of twists and turns.

The first ever chance to see Super Baby 2 in motion for Dragon Ball FighterZ will come later this weekend, but right now we can learn a good bit more about what kind of arsenal he s going to come with in the fighting game.
New and better scans of the original V-Jump announcement for Super Baby 2 have appeared online which have allowed for Chronikeur to translate the texts into English containing much more information about his special abilities and Supers.

Last night s trailer for Super Baby 2 s gameplay came as expected following the finals for the Dragon Ball FighterZ National Championships in Japan, but there was an extra exciting announcement at the end revealing Super Saiyan 4 Goku will be the final character of FighterZ Pass 3.
The short clip of the Dragon Ball GT fusion stated that d he d be coming soon, but there s plenty of information already that points to when we should expect to see Gogeta s trailer along with his release window.
